Very friendly staff. The owner seen I was working on my car in the parking lot and he came over to offer his help. Turns out I needed a thermostat and he asked if I had the money and I told him no I didn't; He walked away and came back a couple hours later to my room and when I opened the door, he handed me a brand new thermostat in the box. He told me he ordered it and had it delivered to the hotel. He didn't ask for any money, I couldn't THANK him enough. Tells you alot about this family run Hotel. 5 stars in my book!!

This place was amazing fresh and clean. If you stay the week it’s clean sheets every Monday and Thursday. Rooms smell great. I seen the owner’s wife help clean the rooms and maybe that’s why they come out so clean. I like this place and they will be getting my business again. Every time I’m in lakeland fl. Thank you.

A year ago today I stayed here during a pretty bad time in my life, stayed for a couple months...Actively using drugs, abuse, toxic relationship and more and had gone through some extremely difficult times, and wasn’t sure if I would live to see the next day during those times. The owners noticed what I was going through and offered me help to get out of the situation and showed their love and support for me. Seeing me scared, upset, lost, unhealthy and knowing I didn’t belong in that mess of unfortunate events that took place they even offered me a plane ticket back home to Ohio so get me away from it all. I just wanted to thank you all for everything you did for me. Also wanted to let you know that I am now going on a year clean and back to sobriety and am very thankful. The rooms were clean, and cool, beds were comfortable, extremely nice staff( mama), vending machines, snacks, they care about everyone there and are amazing people.

Wasn't sure what to think when I pulled in late. The host was accommodating and very friendly. Checked me into a very spacious room that was clean. I've made some small requests and they have helped me with every need. Well worth the money! I stayed for a week.

I want to thank you for Accommodating us🥰 we arrived and was welcomed with smiling faces. 3 rooms at first and a week later I needed 4 more rooms for the crew. You kept the rife raff out and on top of things. Quiet at night while we slept. Very good rates. Got to know a few of the locals staying there. Very nice! When we are in the area for the power plant we will definitely be back. Thank you Thank you Thank you

My mother and aunt stayed there in 2019, and had an amazing experience, but they aren't very tech savvy. She loved the place, especially the staff, the rooms were a little old, BUT they were very clean!! Great location, near a outdoor market, and the historic district. There was an awesome out door vendor, that did baked goods, they had amazing Old Fashioned Bear Claws!!

I stayed here at the Lakeview a few years ago and the rooms are very clean as well as comfortable.. but I want to say how understanding the management was to my plight. See, I wasn't staying there but at around 9:30 pm as I was cruising down Memorial Blvd, my old SUV, aka The Ford Exploder, started sputtering as it ran out of gasoline..I quickly pulled into the Lakeview motel parking lot and found a spot near the dumpster..I explained my situation to the manager and he said just try to have it gone by the morning...I said ok and then walked 3 miles to my place..and I want to thank the management there for allowing my SUV to sit there for 2 days without having it towed away..I got it the morning of the 3 day at 7:50am because my Exploder was going to get towed away that morning at 9 am. Lol, I really do appreciate their patience with me.
